YEEZY to meet Better Business Bureau over shipping complaints
If you have ever bought from YEEZY SUPPLY, you would know that purchasing from that site is always a risk. Your package will either get delayed for a substantial amount of time or it never reaches you. You are not alone in this. According to reports from NBC, hundreds of customers have lodged a complaint with YEEZY claiming that they have never received their packages and not just that, any emails to their customer service department has been unresponsive.
The Better Business Bureau have decided to step in after received hundreds of complaints and YEEZY has finally responded to calls for a meeting. Let's hope that this meeting pushes YEEZY to change their delivery courier service. For such a company, it would be easy for them to negotiate a favorable shipping deal with establish companies like DHL Express, which has a great track record of delivering parcels successfully.
