All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (unless Public Holiday) upon receipt of payment. Except for registered shipping, which will require 2-3 business days to process. For local mails, Normal mail will arrive in 3-5 business days and Registered shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days. Payment must be made within 24 hours of confirmation or it will be cancelled.

We only offer Registered Mail as this is to ensure that your items are registered and can be tracked. Once item has reached destination, it will be in the hands of your local postal service. If item has not arrived at your address, please contact your local postal service with the Tracking Number. Slickieslaces will not be responsible for any delays or missing packages once the package been handed to your local postal service.
As we have been having numerous issues with Canada Post, we will not be liable for any lost mails or long delays for any shipments to Canada. Please purchase at your own risk.
All packages are sent via International registered mail via Singpost and come with tracking numbers that will be made available to you via your Order History once it has been successfully mailed.
We would like to highlight that once the tracking number has been provided therein, registered postage will not be refundable under all circumstances as it is deemed to have been duly delivered.
Please note that as Singpost is a third party company engaged in delivery, by opting for this, you are bound to the terms of engagement as provided by them.
You are to bear any additional charges incurred through customs or taxes.
Shipping Method / Tracking Numbers
All of our orders are shipped with Singpost.
After your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow at least one day for tracking information to update in the Singpost system.
All Sales are final. No refunds of exchanges unless item is lost. If there is a problem with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will handle each situation on a case by case basis. Thank you.
Any changes to orders that has been paid but not shipped out, will incur a cost of SGD1.00 per item change.
In the event that international mails are returned to us due to incomplete or invalid address, you will need to pay an additional amount of SGD7.0 for us to resend the package. For local mails, you will just need to pay the prevailing amount as listed on Singpost.

All Paypal charges will be borne by us. You do no need a Paypal account in order to make payment through Paypal. Select the Guest option if you do not wish to create an account.
We recommend washing in cold water to preserve colors. Do not add bleach. Air dry only.
Due to light exposure during photoshoot, colors in pictures may appear brighter than what it is. Please take note.
Refund Policy In The Event Of A Lost Registered Mail
In the event that a Registered Mail article, both local and overseas, is suspected to be lost, please contact us and we will raise an enquiry with Singpost. Singpost will then contact the overseas postal administration who may take up to 60 days (2months) to give a reply.
Once the overseas postal administration confirms that item is indeed lost, we will require a letter from you confirming that you have indeed not receive the article. Once we have received the letter, we will proceed to refund you the full amount.
Please note that the whole process may require 60-90 days as there is a lot of administration work involved.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We will not release any personal information to external parties, unless legally bound to do so.
Any credit card details are not stored on our site as payment is made through Paypal. Paypal has one of the best data security policies and your details will be protected.
