RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Can I return my purchase?
Note that while our Fulfilment Centre is located in the US, all returns must be sent to our Singapore Office.
Returns must reach us within 28 calendar days from delivery date.
Return items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
You will be issued an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
*Purchase of SNEAKERGUARD, SLICKIESPINS and SLICKIESSTRIPES products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Mystery Box and Free Gift items are also not eligible for returns or exchanges. Purchases made using discount codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that does not meet our returns policy.
Can I exchange my purchase?
We regret that online purchases may not be returned for an exchange at the moment.
How do I return an item?
Mail it back to us:
- Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel.
- Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to: 9 LORONG LEW LIAN #06-03 SINGAPORE 536494 and address it to SLICKIES RETURN
- Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel***.
*Please ensure that your return order fulfills our Returns Policy before dropping it off at the post office, as the order will only be checked during processing after the parcel has been transferred to our office.
**We strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
***Your parcel will be subjected to checks and if found to not meet our Returns Policy, we will not refund the amount to you.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.
We'll drop you an email update once your return has been processed!
How will I receive my refund?
Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account.
The online gift voucher will have a one year validity.
Where is your returns form?
Do I need to pay to return my items?
Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is cover the postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!
Can I drop off the items at your office?
We regret that drop offs are not available at the moment.
What if my return application gets rejected by SLICKIESLACES?
We will email to notify you of the unsuccessful return application and will return them back to you should you choose to pay the shipping fees.
Singapore Orders: SGD7.50
International Orders: Dependent on your country, it will be the same shipping fees charged to your when you made your original order.
